HEAD INSTRUCTOR / OWNER
Eric has been involved in the martial arts for over 25 years, and in that time, has studied and earned instructor and black belt ranks in many different systems during his career. In 2017 Eric decided to start his new journey by establishing Synergy Martial Arts Academy in the hopes of sharing his passion to those like him with the desire to train in the martial arts, and help them change their lives through the martial arts.
ASSISTANT YOUTH AND ADULT JIU-JITSU COACH
Matt is one of the assistant coaches at Synergy Martial Arts. His primary role is to assist with the younger children, as well as the youth and adult programs. Matt has been studying Jiu-Jitsu for a few years, and brings a exceptional passion to not only his training, but his teaching as well. Matt does a lot for the gym and is always willing to help in any way needed!

Jay has been involved in the martial arts since a very early age. His martial art career began when he studied Tae Kwon Do where he eventually earned his black belt. Jay had also extended his martial arts experience by studying boxing and kickboxing that he also continued to train for a number of years. It wasn't until he was introduced to Jiu-Jitsu and the Filipino martial arts that he found his true passion. Today, at Synergy, Jay is a integral part of the students growth and development, as well as a invaluable assistant in the adult program.
